Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. We do not offer free shipping. Online orders dispatch from our Joplin location within 2–3 business days. If you need your order expedited, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Returns & exchanges
Furniture, opened bedding, custom orders, discounted items, and purchases made with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All other merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase (or within 7 days of delivery for online orders) with a receipt. Approved returns and exchanges receive store credit only. No refunds are issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.
