Return & Exchange Policy
Furniture, opened bedding, custom orders, discounted items, and purchases made with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All other merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase (or 7 days from delivery date for online orders) with receipt. We issue store credit for exchanges. No refunds.
For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us prior to sending any items back to receive return instructions.
Shipping Policy
All online orders ship from our Joplin location within 4–5 business days.
